An Exciting New Chapter Begins!

Happy New Year everyone! I trust you all had a wonderful holiday season and were able to spend some time with those you love! I wanted to speak on behalf of the entire team here at Tiek Dental Studio and say how grateful we are for your continued trust in our team, and for not only making 2024 a special year, but for making the last 20 years an amazing and blessed journey. I personally cannot thank you enough!
It is with that gratitude that I am excited to announce a brand new chapter in the legacy of this dental practice. With the continued growth over the last few years, I have explored many different options in how to continue the best care for you, our patients, and allow for even more growth over the years ahead. In this process I’ve realized two important things. First, it’s time to add a second full-time doctor to the practice. Second, I’ve reached a point in my professional career where I desire to focus all of my time and energy fully into patient care and expand the treatment I can offer. So, after much thought and careful consideration, I have decided to not only welcome a new doctor to the practice, but to fully pass the baton of leadership to him as he starts his own chapter in this practice legacy. Please join me in welcoming Dr. Joseph Thompson, and effective immediately, the official beginning of Thompson Dental Care! Dr. Thompson will be taking over the ownership and management of this practice and I will be transitioning into an associate doctor role as part of his team!
Dr. Thompson and I met a few years ago, and quickly developed a friendship of mutual respect. In that time, I have found him to be an amazing person of very high character, kindness and compassion. He has been practicing for many years and has hoped for the right opportunity to have his own practice at some point. The timing now is perfect, and I am truly confident this is the best way forward for this practice. It not only continues our ongoing standard of providing the best care to as many people as possible, but it also gives me the much needed opportunity to step back from a management and ownership position and expand my clinical skills to offer more advanced treatment to our patients! I knew our paths crossed at the perfect time, and I couldn’t be more pleased to be able to now hand the legacy of this practice over to him. I am blessed to have learned so much over these last 20 years, and I now look forward to helping Dr. Thompson develop and grow Thompson Dental Care into something even greater!
Lastly, I am so grateful to all of you, especially those of you who have been patients since the very beginning of my career! It is very important to me to make sure your dental care remains at the highest it can be, and I am truly confident you will also find that in Dr. Thompson. Thank you all again for your continued trust in me, but for also allowing me this new season to fulfill some dreams I’ve had for many years. I look forward to still seeing so many of you in the days ahead here at Thompson Dental Care! Rest assured, nothing will change for you, and we will be updating everything over the coming weeks to make sure you will all be well taken care of. Cheers to a new year and a brand new beginning!
