Invisalign
Clear Aligners

Many people would like to improve their smile. One simple way is to straighten your teeth! While some cases are best treated by traditional arch wire braces, requiring the expertise of an orthodontist, many minor cases can be treated right here with Invisalign. This is a specific type of clear aligner therapy that is perfect for mild to moderate cases, and can often be completed in less than a year! Contact us today for a free consultation to see if Invisalign is right for you!

Same Day
Crowns

Crowns (caps) are restorations that surround the whole tooth to protect it, making it stronger and more functional. These are done when either a tooth has broken, a tooth has been largely damaged by decay, or when cracks develop around existing fillings. Traditionally, they have been made out of gold or metal-based porcelain, but now, we’re able to avoid metal all together and use revolutionary cosmetic materials, and even complete them in just one visit!

Metal-Free
Fillings

When thinking of traditional fillings, you usually think of those “ugly silver things” that replace cavities in teeth. For many years, that was the standard approach for repairing decayed or broken teeth. However, dentistry has advanced greatly over the past decade and today there is a solution for the problem of unsightly silver fillings. Resin based fillings are completely tooth colored, matched to virtually any tooth shade, and they are now similar in strength and longevity to the traditional silver filling. With the heavy debate today surrounding the controversy of mercury in silver fillings, what a relief to know that you can have a filling that contains no mercury, yet restores the tooth with strength and beauty!

Root Canal
Therapy

Unfortunately, one of the most feared and talked-about dental procedures is the root canal. Our goal is to help you realize that it just isn’t what you think. When a nerve is diseased or inflamed by trauma or bacteria, and a patient strongly desires to save their tooth, often the next step is to do a root canal. This is basically the 3-dimensional cleaning out of the inside of the tooth itself. Once the diseased nerve is gone, then the tooth can heal properly. Recent technology has given us the ability to complete a root canal in a fraction of the time, and most of all, do it with minimal to no discomfort to you. If you would like to learn more about root canals, or to find out if one may be necessary for you, give us a call today!

Extractions/
minor surgery

We perform the majority of oral surgery (extractions) at our office. We focus on simple extractions, including select wisdom teeth, repairs, and biopsies that can be done under local anesthetic. Dr. Tiek has had advanced training in oral surgery and conscious sedation, and we can offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) as well as sedative medication that will help alleviate some of the anxiety leading up to the appointment. However, if you prefer to be “out” for your surgery, we will place you in contact with one of the best oral surgeons in the area. Call us today for a free consult on how we can help you!

Bridges

One of the most difficult problems people face when it comes to their teeth is the dilemma of how to replace a missing or extracted tooth. If you are missing a tooth or teeth, one very successful option to replace them is with a bridge. Made in a dental laboratory, a dental bridge is a permanent tooth-colored structure designed to attach to the adjacent teeth and replace the missing tooth or teeth. With the advancements in digital scanning and modern materials, a bridge can be a wonderful long-term solution for many people. If you think you might be a candidate for a bridge or would like to learn more, please contact us today!

Dental
Implants

Another wonderful option for replacing a missing or extracted tooth is a dental implant. Implants are quickly becoming a standard in dentistry for replacement of single or multiple teeth. They are simply titanium “screws” or “anchors” that are placed within the bone to take the place of a missing or hopeless tooth. They also can be successfully used to anchor a denture giving it incredible stability.

Implants are a surprisingly simple procedure to have completed. It is commonly done with local anesthetic and has a very quick recovery time. The end result is a very lifelike tooth that has as much or more strength than a natural tooth.

If you are interested in how implants can change your life, please feel free to contact our office or come in for a free consultation. Some implants can be placed here in our office, while some will require the coordination with a local oral surgeon. We look forward to seeing how we can help!

Clenching/

Because of this, they suffer with unnecessary head and neck pain, possibly chipped teeth, and also poor sleep. If that sounds like you, you are not alone, and we can help! With various options like custom nighttime mouthgards, Botox treatment for muscle relaxation, and/or referrals to partner professionals, we can work to find a solution to reduce your pain, improve your sleep, and ultimately improve your life. Contact us today for a consultation!

Teeth
Whitening

One of our most requested services is teeth whitening, and we make it very easy for patients to achieve a brighter smile. We offer 2 types of teeth whitening, based on a list of factors determined on an individual basis. Both of the options can be done by you at home, either with a kit of custom fit reusable trays and tubes of whitening gel, or even more conveniently, an easy disposable tray option that has the gel built right in.  Both have been proven to work incredibly well for most patients! Contact us today if you are interested in teeth whitening and we will be glad to find a solution that works best for you!

Routine
cleanings

One of the most important aspects of dental care is the routine cleaning appointment. While the advanced techniques used in our office are designed to restore your oral health to the best possible level, the maintenance of that oral health depends on two things, your home care and routine check-ups. Even with proper home care, tartar and plaque build-up can occur quickly over the course of six-months, and this can lead to other health issues if not removed in a timely manner. This is why we recommend 6 month exams and cleanings. However, if too much buildup has occurred around your teeth and gums, we might recommend a deeper cleaning procedure, followed by more frequent maintenance visits for a period of time.

Dental care is a two way street. We help you by doing our part and to encourage you to do yours. We want to see you achieve your dental health goals and live a long life with a beautiful smile! Call us today to schedule your cleaning appointment and let us help you realize your goal!
